Kelly Franckowiak, RD, LD, CDE, CLC, CCP

Kelly earned a BS degree in Nutrition from Pennsylvania State University and has been with Kaiser Permanente for 3 years.  She currently works at our Cascade and Cumberland Medical Offices where she teaches numerous chronic condition classes including a Weight Loss Support Class as well as sees members in individual consultation.  Prior to Kaiser Permanente, she worked for 7 years in an OB/GYN office in Cherokee County helping women lose weight and better control their chronic health conditions.  Kelly is a Registered and Licensed Dietitian, Certified Diabetes Educator (CDE), Certified Chronic Care Professional (CCP), and has a Certificate in Adult Weight Management.
